I'm Brandon Jubar and I know a lot about leadership and stress. But over the last 30 years, I've discovered how to lead and succeed without burning out.

Basic Coaching Plan ($100/month)

I currently offer a basic coaching plan, which includes the following:

  • Initial Intake Session (60 minutes)
  • 1-on-1 Sessions, 2x monthly (30 minutes)
  • Weekly accountability check
  • Email access between coaching sessions



1-on-1 Coaching Sessions

Step 1: Reconnect, to ensure we're both fully present.

Step 2: Progress Review, to reflect on the outcomes and learnings from actions you planned and completed.

Step 3: Set Agenda, to choose the topic and set goals for the session.

Step 4: Coaching Conversation, to explore the topic, develop options, and create an action plan for the coming weeks.

Step 5: Create Accountability by summarizing what was discussed and documenting the agreed-upon actions you'll take.



Additional Support

Accountability Check: Between coaching sessions, I send a weekly email to check-in and remind you of the actions you agreed to take.

Email Access: You may email me between sessions if you have a quick question, are stuck, or need a little help.

Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?

Coaching involves one-on-one sessions, so it is NOT covered by The REAL Values Project standard 30-day student refund policy.

However, if you are unsatisfied with your coaching, I need to understand why it's not meeting your expectations. Coaching is not a magic wand to fix your problems - it requires work on your part - but it can be customized to better meet your needs.



How do I schedule my appointment?

Upon purchasing a coaching package, you'll receive further instructions on how to book a time for your 60-minute Intake Session and subsequent 30-minute Coaching Sessions.



Why can't I just order coaching without submitting the form first? I'm ready to pay!

Although I appreciate your eagerness, I am only able to accept a limited number of clients at this time. That's why it's important to determine if your expectations match what I provide through my coaching services before we both dive into this relationship!



Can I purchase coaching more than once?

Currently, the coaching program is set up as a monthly subscription, which will continue until you cancel it. If you've canceled and later decide you'd like more coaching, then simply submit the form to request coaching again. If I have an opening, I'll let you know!
